Business West Membership Meeting will be in the Board Room of The Dotte Spot Bar and Grill, 8123 Parallel Parkway in the Arrowhead Center. Persons who want to eat should come at noon to order off the menu. The program will start at 12:30 p.m.
Our guest speaker will be Kris Green, Chief Marketing and Institutional Image Officer at KCKCC.
It will include a bit about the college’s Centennial, history, current projects and a look to the future.
She began at the college in 2021 as the Executive Director of Marketing and was promoted to CMO in August 2022. At KCKCC, Kris has been responsible for marketing, branding and media relations. She also has led the development of the college’s strategic plan and plans for the centennial celebration.
Kris has more than 25 years of experience working in higher education in the region. She earned her MBA at Benedictine College and a BS in Communication at Missouri Western State College. She previously worked at UMKC, Missouri Western State University and Benedictine College, among others. Kris is married and has five adult children and pets who keep her busy when not at work.
